Hello I'm Willow, trained actor and soon to be celebrant. I am training with the ICPC and will be ready to launch myself into the wonderful world of celebrating life's milestones at the end of June this year (2023).
The Inspiration behind my life changing decision...
What was my inspiration...
I have been a professional actor since leaving East 15 Acting School in 1995 working in theatre, touring the UK, Europe and Japan and in the West End, London. I also work as a voice actor doing amongst many jobs the recording of audio books. In March 2023 I recorded the extraordinary life changing book - The Power Decade by Susan Saunders - Go read it! and it gave me the courage to pursue something I'd been considering for literally years - becoming a celebrant. Well, I am a Libran we like to weigh things up for a while before leaping in!
What is a celebrant anyway?!
A celebrant is a professionally trained and fully insured officiant, with the skills and experience in place to create completely bespoke and beautifully delivered ceremonies. Come join me on my journey with hopefully some heart warming, uplifting, funny and who knows what stories to follow!
